The BAOFOOD project partners met again in El Obeid, Sudan, to discuss the progress of the project and the necessary next steps. Hosted at the University of Kordofan, results from ongoing research activities were presented and upcoming surveys discussed amongst the different work streams. Trips to the field, such as baobab distribution areas as well as local markets, supplemented the program, to get a hands-on experience of the baobab-sector in Sudan.
